Cousinia chlorothyrsa (also called Green-flowered Hawkweed, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to the Caucasus and Iran. It has a woody stem and grows to a height of 10-20 cm. Its leaves are alternate, toothed, and oblong-lanceolate. It has yellow flowers that bloom in the summer. It is found in dry, rocky slopes and open woodlands.
