                            Chrysocephalum puteale (also called 'Puteal Chrysocephalum', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Andes of Ecuador. It has a woody stem and ovate leaves with yellow flowers. It is found in grasslands, rocky slopes and alpine meadows.
