                            Centaurea tenoreana (also called Tenor's Star-thistle, among many other common names) is an annual herb that grows up to 1m in height. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in grasslands, steppes and rocky slopes. It has grey-green leaves and purple-pink flower heads.
