Description
Centaurea shahuensis (also called Shahu Centaurea, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant native to Iran. It is a small plant, growing up to 30 cm in height, with long, thin leaves and small, yellow flowers. It is found in dry, open habitats, such as grasslands and woodlands.
Cultivation and Propagation
Centaurea shahuensis is an evergreen perennial that grows best in full sun to partial shade. It can be propagated by seed or division. Seeds should be sown in a well-draining soil mix and kept moist. Division should be done in spring or autumn. Once established, the plant requires minimal maintenance.
