Description

Calanticaria greggii (also called Gregg's calycanthe, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It has a woody base and grows up to 1.2 m tall. Its leaves are lanceolate to ovate and its flowers are yellow and tubular. It grows in grasslands, woodlands, and scrublands.
