Description
Brickellia subuligera (also called Brickellbush, among many other common names) is a perennial shrub in the sunflower family, Asteraceae. It is native to Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, and it typically grows in open grasslands, chaparral, and woodlands. It has multiple stems that are covered in short, soft hairs and grows up to a height of about 1 meter. Its leaves are lanceolate and have a rough texture. Its flowers are yellow and have a daisy-like shape.
