Bothriocline monocephala (also called One-headed Clasping-leaf, among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to the United States and Mexico. It has a single stem with alternate, ovate-lanceolate leaves and small yellow flowers. It is found in moist, disturbed soils, such as along roadsides and in open fields.
