                        Cultivation and Propagation

Atrichantha gemmifera is a perennial plant that is best propagated by division in the spring. It can be grown in full sun or partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil. It is drought tolerant and can tolerate some frost. It can be propagated from seed, but this is not recommended as it is difficult to get the seeds to germinate.
