Description
Aster mongolicus (also called 'Mongolian Aster', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Central and Eastern Europe. It has a rosette of basal leaves and a single stem with a few leaves. The stem is topped with a single flower head. It is found in dry grasslands, meadows and open woodlands.
