Description
Arctotis adpressa (also called African Daisy, among many other common names) is an annual herb, typically growing to a height of 10-30 cm. It is native to Africa, and is found in the grasslands of South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. It prefers dry, sunny, and well-drained soils.

Arctotis adpressa has small, yellow flowers with long, thin petals. The seeds are small and black. The seedlings have small, oval-shaped leaves.
Cultivation and Propagation
Arctotis adpressa is best propagated from seed. The seeds should be sown in a shallow container and kept moist until germination occurs. Once the seedlings have emerged, they should be transplanted into individual containers.
