Description

Ageratina areolaris (also called Areolate White Snakeroot, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to North America. It grows up to 1.5 m tall and has large, spiny, grey-green leaves and large, thistle-like flower heads with pink to purple flowers. It grows in moist to dry soils in grassland and woodland habitats.
