                        Description
                        
                            Acourtia lepidopoda (also called Lepidopoda Acourtia, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to Mexico. It has a woody stem and a single stem that can reach up to 1.5 m in height. Its leaves are ovate-lanceolate, with entire margins and a pointed tip. It grows in dry, sunny habitats, such as scrublands and disturbed areas.
