Description
Hygrodicranum falklandicum (also called Falkland Hygro, among many other common names) is a species of moss in the Amblystegiaceae family. It is native to the Falkland Islands, where it grows in moist, shady areas such as wet rocks, tree trunks, and soil. It has an upright habit, with stems reaching up to 3 cm in height and bearing oval-shaped leaves with pointed tips.
