Description
Alisma rhicnocarpum (also called Marsh Water Plantain, among many other common names) is an aquatic plant native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa. It is a perennial herb with a creeping rhizome and a short erect stem. The leaves are ovate and the flowers are white. It grows in shallow water, in marshes, and in wet meadows.
