Description

Zingiber neotruncatum (also called Neotruncated Ginger, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to India and Sri Lanka. It has a rhizome with thin, yellowish-brown skin and a yellowish-white flesh. It grows in tropical and subtropical forests, as well as in moist, shady areas.
