Cultivation and Propagation

Vanoverberghia diversifolia is a tropical vine that is easy to propagate. It can be propagated from stem cuttings or from division of the rhizome. For stem cuttings, take a cutting from the stem and allow it to dry for a few days before planting it in well-draining soil. For division of the rhizome, carefully divide the rhizome into two or more sections and replant each section in a pot of moist soil.
