Description
Hornstedtia subviridis (also called Red Hornstedtia, among many other common names) is a shrub native to Central and South America. It grows in dry, tropical forests and savannas, and prefers sandy soils. It has small, oval-shaped leaves that are green to reddish in color, and its stems are reddish-brown and can reach up to 3 meters in height.
