                        Description
                        
                            Myriocarpa purpurascens (also called Purple Myriocarpa, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Myrtaceae. It is a woody vine with pinnately compound leaves and white flowers. It is native to the southeastern United States, Central America, and northern South America, and is found in open woodlands, thickets, and disturbed areas.
