                        Description
                        
                            Elatostema laxicymosum (also called Loose-Fruited Elatostema, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Philippines. It has long, narrow leaves that are usually green in color. It grows in moist, shady areas in forests and along streams, and can be found in lowland and montane forests.
