Description
Wikstroemia ovata (also called Egg-shaped wikstroemia, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree with an upright habit, reaching up to 6 m in height. It is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, from Senegal to Ethiopia. It grows in dry, deciduous forests, woodlands and savannas.
