Sphagnum atlanticum (also called Atlantic Sphagnum, among many other common names) is a species of moss in the family Sphagnaceae. It is a small, yellow-green, thallose moss with a flattened, fan-shaped thallus. It is native to South America and is found in humid, shady areas.
