Description

Saxifraga saxicola (also called Rock Saxifrage, among many other common names) is a species of flowering perennial in the Saxifragaceae family. It is native to Europe, and is found in alpine and subalpine habitats. It has a low-growing, mat-forming habit, and its leaves are simple and alternate. Its flowers are white and fragrant.
