Description
Acer wuyishanicum (also called Wuyishan Maple, among many other common names) is a deciduous tree that can reach up to 15 meters in height. It has a broad, rounded crown and its bark is gray-brown with shallow fissures. It is native to China and grows in moist, shady forests at elevations of 1000-2000 meters.
Uses & Benefits

Cultivation and Propagation

Plant them out into their permanent positions in late spring or early summer, after the last expected frosts. Cuttings of half-ripe wood, 5 - 8cm with a heel, July/August in a frame. Layering in late summer. Takes 1 year.
