Description
Thesium acuminatum (also called Acuminate Thesium, among many other common names) is a species of herb native to Madagascar. It is a small herbaceous plant growing to 0.2–0.5 m tall, with a trunk up to 0.2 m diameter. It is found in moist habitats, such as riverbanks and moist meadows.

Thesium acuminatum flowers are small, yellow or greenish-yellow, and grow in clusters. The seeds are small, dark brown, and have a short, thick, and curved beak. The seedlings are small, with oval-shaped cotyledons.
