Populus kangdingensis (also called Kangding Poplar, among many other common names) is a species of poplar native to China, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, and Thailand. It is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree, growing to 10–20 m tall, with a trunk up to 60 cm diameter. It grows in moist habitats, such as riverbanks, swamps, and lake shores.
