                            Bembicia axillaris (also called 'Bembicia', 'Bembicia axillaris', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae. It is a shrub with small, white flowers and oval-shaped leaves. It is native to Central and South America and is found in tropical and subtropical forests. It is common in Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama.
