                        Description
                        
                            Sorbus subcordata (also called Subcordate Whitebeam, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Rosaceae family. It is a deciduous tree that grows to a height of 10–15 m and has a trunk diameter of up to 40 cm. It is native to Central and Eastern Europe and is found in moist forests, riverbanks and rocky slopes.
