Description
Delphinium mollipilum (also called soft-haired larkspur, among many other common names) is an herbaceous perennial plant with tall, erect stems and bright blue flowers. It is native to Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, and is commonly found in grassy meadows and open woodlands.
Cultivation and Propagation
Delphinium mollipilum is a perennial plant that grows best in full sun or partial shade. It prefers moist, well-drained soil and can tolerate some drought. Propagation is done by division in spring or early summer. The plant can also be propagated by seed, which should be sown in autumn or spring.
