Description
Haplopteris longicoma (also called Long-Tailed Haplopteris, among many other common names) is a large fern native to tropical regions of Asia, Africa and the Americas. It has an upright growth habit and its fronds are alternate, pinnate, and serrate. It prefers moist, well-drained soils and is often found in tropical and subtropical forests.
