Mimetes stokoei (also called 'Stoke's Pincushion Protea', among many other common names) is a small evergreen shrub native to the Cape Floristic Region of South Africa. It has leathery leaves and bears large, showy, pink flowers. It grows in open, sunny areas on rocky slopes and in disturbed soils.
