Potamogeton cheesemanii (also called Cheeseman's Pondweed, among many other common names) is an aquatic plant native to Europe, Asia and North America. It is a submerged plant with long, narrow leaves that are usually arranged in whorls of three. It grows in shallow, still or slow-moving water, and is found in ponds, lakes, ditches and slow-moving rivers.
