Polygala carnosa (also called 'Bird-in-a-bush', 'Bird-on-a-rock' and 'Wings-on-a-rock', among many other common names) is a small, evergreen shrub native to South America. It has small, grey-green, leathery leaves and produces small, yellow-green flowers in spring and summer. It is found in dry, rocky habitats.
