                        Description
                        
                            Tristachya avenacea (also called Oat-Like Tristachya, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Africa. It typically grows in meadows, grasslands, and other open areas, and is characterized by its narrow, flat leaves and small, yellow-green flowers.
