                        Description
                        
                            Rytidosperma lepidopodum (also called Lepidopod Wallaby-grass, among many other common names) is a tufted perennial grass that grows up to 1 m tall. It is native to Australia and grows in open woodland and grassland. It has narrow, grey-green leaves and awned spikelets.                        
                     
                                
                                    
                        Uses & Benefits
                        
                            Rytidosperma lepidopodum is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and homes. It is also used for its air-purifying properties.

                            The flower of Rytidosperma lepidopodum is a small, white, star-shaped flower with five petals. The seed is a small, black, round seed.                         Cultivation and Propagation
                        
                            Rytidosperma lepidopodum can be propagated by seed or division. Seeds should be sown in a light, well-drained soil and kept moist until germination. Division should be done in early spring or late fall.
