Polypogon hissaricus is a perennial grass that can be propagated by seed. It prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soils. It is tolerant of a wide range of soil types and can be grown in both acidic and alkaline soils. It can be propagated by division in early spring or by seed in late summer. It is important to keep the soil evenly moist during the growing season. Deadheading spent flowers will help to promote additional blooms.
