Description
Phyllostachys hirtivagina (also called 'Hairy-vagina Bamboo', among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to China, Japan, and Korea. It grows in moist forests, along riverbanks, and in mountain valleys. It has an erect stem, with lanceolate leaves and small, yellow flowers.
