                        Description
                        
                            Olmeca recta (also called Mexican bamboo, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Mexico. It is a clump-forming grass with narrow, arching, bright green leaves and small, inconspicuous flowers. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade.
