                        Description
                        
                            Muhlenbergia pubescens (also called Soft Muhly, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the United States. It has a clumping habit and grows to a height of 2-3 feet. Its leaves are wide and green, and its flowers are small and pink. It is found in moist, sandy soils and open, sunny areas.

                            Muhlenbergia pubescens is used as an ornamental grass in gardens and parks. It is drought tolerant and can tolerate a wide range of soil types.
