                        Description
                        
                            Ischaemum muticum (also called Chinese grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to China, Japan, and Korea. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as along streams, and in open woodlands.                        
                     
                                
                                    
                        Uses & Benefits
                        
                            Ischaemum muticum is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a hedge plant.
