Description

Echinochloa elliptica (also called oval-leaf barnyardgrass, among many other common names) is an annual grass species native to temperate and tropical regions of the world. It has a slender stem with a tuft of leaves at the base and can grow up to 1 m in height. It is commonly found in moist habitats, such as riverbanks and wet meadows.
