                        Description
                        
                            Echinochloa crus-galli (also called cockspur grass, among many other common names) is an annual grass species native to temperate and tropical regions of the world. It has a stout stem with a tuft of leaves at the base and can grow up to 1 m in height. It is commonly found in moist habitats, such as riverbanks and wet meadows.

                            Echinochloa crus-galli is a perennial grass native to Mexico and Central America. It is a low-growing species, reaching a height of about 15 cm (6 in). It prefers full sun and well-drained soils. It can be propagated by seed, division, or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in spring or early summer in a sunny location.
