                        Description
                        
                            Apochloa subtiramulosa (also called Subtiramulosa grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Brazil. It has thin, upright stems with long, narrow leaves. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade and is tolerant of drought and heat.

                            Apochloa subtiramulosa is used as an ornamental grass and for erosion control.
