                        Cultivation and Propagation

Aciachne pulvinata is a low-growing, evergreen perennial with a creeping habit. It can be propagated by division or by seed. When propagating by seed, sow the seeds in a well-draining, sandy soil mix. Keep the soil moist and provide bright, indirect light. The seedlings should emerge in about two weeks. When propagating by division, carefully separate the root ball into several sections and replant each section in a separate pot. Water the newly planted divisions and keep the soil moist. Provide bright, indirect light.
