Description
Veronica balansae (also called Balansa's Speedwell, among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia. It has a sprawling habit and grows to a height of up to 30 cm. The leaves are ovate to lanceolate, up to 2 cm long, and the flowers are blue-violet, in axillary racemes. It grows in grasslands, meadows, and roadsides.
