Tetranema megaphyllum (also called Large-leaved Four-leaf, among many other common names) is a small herbaceous perennial plant native to South America. It has small, white flowers and narrow, oval leaves. It grows in dry, rocky soils in open meadows, grasslands, and along roadsides.
