Description

Phyllanthus fraternus (also called Fraternal Phyllanthus, among many other common names) is a small shrub that grows up to 1.5 m tall. It is native to tropical regions of the Americas and is found in open habitats such as roadsides, pastures, and disturbed areas. Its leaves are simple, opposite, and elliptic in shape. Its flowers are yellow and its fruits are red and globose.
