Penaea petraea (also called Rock Shrimp, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Fabaceae family. It is native to Mexico and the United States. It grows in subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, and subtropical or tropical dry montane grassland habitats.
