Description
Oxalis oculifera (also called Eye-Bearing Woodsorrel, among many other common names) is a small, perennial herb with a woody base and a few, slender, erect stems. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry, rocky habitats. It has small, yellow flowers and trifoliate leaves.

Oxalis oculifera has white flowers with yellow centers, and its seeds are small and round. Its seedlings have long, thin stems with small, heart-shaped leaves.
