Melasma melampyroides (also called Melampyrum-like Melasma, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Orobanchaceae. It is an annual herb that grows up to 30 cm tall. Its leaves are linear-lanceolate, up to 3 cm long, and its flowers are white with purple spots. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry, rocky habitats.
