                        Description
                        
                            Castilleja salaisolaveae (also called Salaisolavea's Indian Paintbrush, among many other common names) is an annual plant of the Orobanchaceae family. It has a single stem that is usually branched, with a height of up to 40 cm. It has small, yellowish-green flowers, with a calyx that is divided into two lips. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry, sunny habitats.

                            Castilleja salaisolaveae is used in traditional medicine to treat various ailments such as fever, cough, and headaches.
